This IME is the Hangul version of AblaCATabla Typist(日本語IME) which enables single hand touch typing using a qwerty hardware keyboard.
In order to make this IME work,it is required to change default IME setting of device's "language & keyboard" setting.
English input being also usable is same as that of AblaCatabla Typist(日本語IME).
